WHAS� all conditions precedent for the amendment of the Zoning District Map the rezoning
of certain lands within, hereinafter described has been timely complied with, and SD NOWT
BE IT OPIWENED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. . DISTRICT "B". SECOND DWILMM HOUSE DISTRICT. That the Zoning
District Ma of the Cit of Salina Kansas hereto d

Ordinance Number 5549, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property
be rezoned as follows; to -wit:
Lots 26 and 28, Block 3, Riverside hark Addition to
the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, from Zone
to Zone 'r,

Lots 14, 16 and 18, in Block 1, College View Addition
to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, from
Zone "A" to Zone "B" .
shall become a part of District "B", SECOND DWELLING HOUSE DISTRICT. That the use of said
described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions and limitations as
made and provided for in said Ordinance Number 5549 with reference to the Second Dwelling
House District, as aforesaid.
Section 2. AMKMMM. DISTRICT "C". APART DISTRICT. That the Zoning District
Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of Ordinance
Number 5549, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property be rezoned
as follows, to -wit"
Lots 2 and 4, Block 13, Da Addition to the City of
Salina, Saline County, Kansas, from Zone "B" to Zone "C%
shall become a part of District "C", ♦patent District. That the use of said described
property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions, and limitations as made
and provided for in said Ordinance Number 5549 with reference to the Apartment District, as
aforesaid.
Section 3. AMMMM. DISTRICT "E"., GHHCRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT. That the Zoning
District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of
Ordinance fiber 5549, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property
be rezoned as follows; to -wit:
East One Hundred Ten Feet (E 110i*) of Lot Five (5)
Block Ten (10) Depot Addition to the City of Salina,
Saline County, Kansas, from Zone "F" to Zone "E".

described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions, and limitations
