AN ORDIMCE providing for the inclusion of certain land within the corporate limits of the
City of Salina, Kansas, preactibing the corporate limits of said City, including land
described in Ordinance Numbers 6203, 6216, 6220 and 6246, and repealing Section 2 of
Ordinance Number 6202.
WBBIZAS, all conditions precedent to the inclusion of certain land in the City of Salina,
Kansas, have come to pass, AND NOW
BE IT ORDAINSD by the Board of Coamissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the following lots located in a certain tract of landplatted into
Lots and Blocks, and known as Belmont Addition and lying in the Southeast Quarter (SEI) of
Section Twenty-five (25), Township Fourteen (14) South, Range 3 West of the Sixth Principal
Meridian, described as follows:
Beginning at the north wast corner of Lot 13, Block 11,
Belmont Addition to the City of Salina, Kansas, thence
southwesterly along the north line 0f Lot 13, Block 11,
to the northwest corner thereof; thence northwesterly along
west line of Block 11, to the north line of Block 11, thence
southwesterly crossing Roach Street and following the north
