AN MINANC! regulating parking on a part of certain streets in the City of Salina.. Kansas,
and providing for a penalty for the violation thereof.
BE IT OM&IMM by the Board of Cowl ssioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. 24-1412 B - NO PARING ZONES. No vehicle shall be parked at sir-Une on
the follvving described portions of certain streets in the City of Salina, Kansas:
(1) On the East side of Ninth Street from Walnut Street
to Ash Street.
Section 2. PENALTY. A person convicted of a violation of the ordinance shall be
deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall for conviction be punished by a fine of not more
than X100.00 or bF inrisomoent of not more than ten days.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
