ORDINANCE NUMBER 6289/
AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of certain tract of ground adjoining Lot 33, Sunset
Village Addition in the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the Mty of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. VACATION. A tract of ground beginning at the southeast corner of Lot 33,
Sunset Village Addition; thence south on a line which is the extension of the east line of
said Lot 33°,25.0 feet; thence west along a line parallel to the south line of said Lot 33,
to the west line of Lot 33 extended; thence northwesterly along a line which would be the
extension of the west line of said lot 33; 25.0 feet; thence following the south line of
said Lot 33 to the point of beginning, in the said City, be and it is hereby vacated, subject
to the reservation of any utility rights needed by the City.
Section 2. REVERSION. That said portions of said tract vacated, as aforesaid, shall
revert to the adjacent property as provided by law.
Section 3. EFFECTIVE DATE. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
