AN ORDINANCE providing for the amendment of Section 1, Ordinance Number 6238.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. AST. That Section 1, of Ordinance Number 6238, with regard to
the legal description of property zoned should read Lot 6, Block 1, Lamers First Sub-
Division in the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, instead of Lot 6, Block 2, Lamers
First Sub -Division in the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas as so worded; all other
jparts
and wording in Section 1 of Ordinance Number 6238 to remain in effect as stated.
Section 2. That this ordinance should be in full force and effect from and after
its adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
