WUHXAS, all eonditioas precedent to the inclusion of certain land in the City of Salina, Kansas, have cam to pass, and NOW ffi IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: I Section 1. flat the following lots located in a certain tract of land platted into Lots and Blocks, and known as Belmont Addition and lying in the Southeast Quarter (SF4L) of section Twenty-five (25), Township Fourteen (14) South, Range 3 hest of the Sixth Principal Xbridian, so situated that two-thirds (2/3) of a line or boundary lies upon or touches the 1 boundary line of the existing corporate limits of the City of Salina, Kansas, described as follows: Beginning at a point which is 200 feet east of the easter line of Roach Street and 200 feet north of the center line of Wayne Avenue; thence east and parallel to Wayne Avenue to a point 30 feet wrest of the center line of Ohio Street extended; thence south to a point which is 188 feet south of the south line of Oxford Drive; thence west to wrest line of Lot 10, Block 9 of Belmont Addition; thence northwesterly along center line of easement of said Block to the south line of hot 19 of said Block 9, thence Southwesterly along south line of Iat 19 and south line of hot 7, of Block 10 to the center line of easement; thence southeasterly along said easement to the southeast corner of Lot 23 of Block 10; thence southwesterly along the south line of Lot 23 to the sentknot corner thereof; thence northwesterly along the west line of Block lA to the northwest corner of Lot 19 of Block 10, thence south- westerly crossing Pearl Street and following the south Line of Lots 4 and 12 of Block 31, to the southwest corner of said Lot 12; thence northwesterly along west line of Block 11 to the northwest corner thereof; thence southwesterly crossing Roach Street and following the north lines of Blocks 13 and 16 to the center line of easement in Block 16; thence northwesterly crossing Belmont Boulevard and following the center line of easement in Block 2 to the southeast corner of Lot 27 in Block 2; thence southwesterly following the south line of Lot 27, Block 2 to the southwest corner thereof; thence northwesterly to the west corner of Block 2; thence southwesterly crossing Wesley Street slang a line which is parallel to and 30 feet south of the north line of Lot 1.0, Block 4 to the center line of easement in said Block 4; thence nortImesterly along the center line of easement in Block 4 to the southeast corner of Lot 29 in Block 4; thence southwesterly along the south line of said Lot 29 to the south line of Block It; thence northwesterly along the south line of Block 4 to the southwest corner of Block 4; thence due west 260 feet; thence north and parallel to the center line of Quincy Street to a point 200 feet south of the center line of Wayne; thence east along a line 200 feet south of Wayne to a point 200 feet east of the center line of Roach; thence north 400 feet to point of beginning, be and the same is hereby incorporated within the limits of the City of Salina, Kansas. Section 2. That certain unplatted tract of land described as the Southeast Quarter (S*) of Section two (2), Township Fourteen (14) South, Range $, wwa of the Sixth Principal Meridian, so situated that two-thirds (2/3) of a line or boundary lies upon or touches the boundary of the existing city limits of the City of Salina, described as follows: Beginning at a point which is 40 feet vest and 152 feet north of the northwest corner of Lot 9, Block 32, Nilitary Addition; thence north 90 feet more or less, to the center line of Dry Creek; thence northerly following the center line of Ery Creek to a point directly rest of the north line of Ismmi.lton Avenue projected west; thence east 200 feet more or less, to the center line of VftlM Street projected north; thence south on said center line of Twelfth Street 468 feet, more or less, to the north line of Marsh Avenue; thence vest 160 feet; thence south 142 feet to a point on the rest line of Lot 18 and 32 feet north of the soutkwest corner thereof; thence vest 170 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning, be and the same is hereby incorporated within the limits Of the City of Salina, Kann". Section 3. That certain unplatted tract of land described as the Northeast Quarter (NEt) of Section Eleven (11), Township Fourteen (14) south, Map 3 West of the Sixth i Principal Meridian, so situated that two-thirds (2/3) of a line or boundary lies upon or + j touches the boundary of the existing City Limits of the City of Salina, described as follows: I Beginning at a point on the center line of Dry Creek cut-off which is approximately on the south line of Grand Avenue, said point being 526.0 feet east and 1338.0 feet south of the northvest corner of said quarter section, thence northeasterly following center line of Dry Creek cut-off 405.0 feet; thence southeasterly following center line of Dry Creek 300.0 feet, more or less, to the north line of Grand Avenue; thence south and westerly 330 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning, be and the same is hereby inaat?arat 1 within the limits of the City of Salina, Kansas. Section 4.
