The Minutes of the Regular Meeting of January 24, 1977 were reviewed.
Mrs. Graves moved that the minutes be approved as presented. Mr. Weisgerber
seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.
The members considered the payment of bills for February, 1977. Mrs.
Graves moved to approve the payment of bills as presented. Mr. Weisgerber
seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.
The members considered Resolution Number 135 - Resolution of the Urban
Renewal Agency of Salina, Kansas, authorizing disposal of Lot 3, Block E
as shown in the Urban Renewal Plan in Project Kansas R-29. Mr. Usher
moved that Resolution 135 be adopted. Mr. Weisgerber seconded the
motion and it passed unanimously.
The members considered Resolution Number 136 - Resolution of the Urban
Renewal Agency of Salina, Kansas, authorizing disposal of Lot 2, Block E
as shown in the Urban Renewal Plan in Project Kansas R-29. Mr. Usher
moved that Resolution 136 be adopted. Mr. Weisgerber seconded the
motion and it passed unanimously.
The members considered Resolution Number 137 - Resolution of the Urban
Renewal Agency of Salina, Kansas, authorizing disposal of Lot 5 (less
area west of Third Street) and Lot 6, Block A, as shown in the Urban
Renewal Plan in Project Kansas R-29. Mr. Usher moved that Resolution 137
be adopted. Mr. Weisgerber seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.

Mr. Usher moved that the Special Meeting of the Urban Renewal Agency be
adjourned. Mr. Weisgerber seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.
