RESOLUTION NO. 133
RESOLUTION OF 'fHE URBl\N RENEW1\L AGENCY OF SALINA,
KANSAS, AUTHORIZING DISPOSl\L OF LOT ONE, BLOCK E
AS SHOhlN IN 'rIlE URBAN lŒNEWAL PLAN IN PROJECT
KANSAS R-29.
WHEREAS, the Urban Renewal Agency of Salina, Kansas, herein
called the "AGENCY", in connection with the acquisition of the
real property within Project Kansas R-29.
AND, WHEREAS, the AGENCY now has the opportunity to market
the property shown on Exhibit A and described as follows for the
sum of $11,500.00 which meets or exceeds the Fair Market Value
according to a Re-Use Appraisal dated November 1, 1976, and approved
by Resolution No. 130.
Lot 1 in Block E in the
Northeast Industrial Park
in Salina, Kansas.
AND, WHEREAS, the AGENCY believes that sale of said property,
as aforesaid, for the price indicated will increase the likelihood
of sale of other properties in Project Kansas R-29, which have not
heretofore sold.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Executive Director of
the AGENCY be authorized and directed to offer and sell said parcel
to Webb Johnson Electric, Inc. 205 E. South St, Salina, Kansas
67401, at the aforesaid price.
