RESOLUTION OF TIlE URB1\N RENmvAL AGENCY OF SALINA,
KANSAS, AUTHOIUZING DI~~POS1\L OF LOT ONE AND Th'O
IN BLOCK C AS SHahIN IN 'rIlE URB1\N RENElvAL PLAN IN
PROJECT KANSAS R-29.
WHEREAS, the Urban Renewal Agency of Salina, Kansas, herein
called the "AGENCY", has acquired the property described in the
attached "Exhibit A", in connection with the acquisition of the
real property within Project Kansas R-29.
AND, WHEREAS, the AGENCY now has the opportunity to market
the property shown on Exhibit A and described as follows for the
sum of $33,525.00 which meets or exceeds the Fair Market Value
according to a Re-Use Appraisal dated November 1, 1976, and approved
by Resolution No. 130.
Lots 1 and 2 all in Block C in
the Northeast Industrial Park in
Salina, Kansas.
AND, WHEREAS, the AGENCY believes that sale of Sê1 ið nrrqJPrty,
as aforesaid, for the price indicated will increase the .Llkelillood
of sale of other properties in Project Kansas R-2~, which have not
heretofore sold.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Executive Director of
the AGENCY be authorized and directed to offer and sell said parcel
to Morgan Supply, I~c., 730 North Santa Fe, Salina, Kansas

at the aforesaid price.
