AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 42, ARTICLE VII, DIVISION 3,
SECTION 42-418.4 OF THE SALINA CODE PERTAINING TO CORRIDOR OVERLAY

BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That Section 42-418.4 of Chapter 42, Article VII, Division 3 of the Salina
Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Sec. 42-418.4. Effective area.
The provisions of the CO District shall apply to that area bounded by
a line one-quarter (1/4) mile south of the centerline of Schilling Road on
the north, Ninth Street on the east, a line three-eighths (3/8) mile south of
the centerline of Water Well Road on the south, and Interstate 135 on the
west."
Section 2. That the existing Section 42-418.4 is hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption
and publication once in the official city newspaper.
