A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AND THE
CITY CLERK TO ATTEST SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NUMBER 2 BETWEEN
THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS, AND WILSON AND COMPANY, ENGINEERS AND
ARCHITECTS, AUTHORIZING MODIFICATIONS TO THE EXISTING AGREEMENT,
DATED FEBRUARY 27, 1989 AND TO SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NUMBER 1,
DATED NOVEMBER 6, 1989, AND AUTHORIZING THE FINAL DESIGN PHASE,
PROJECT BIDDING PHASE, AND THE CONSTRUCTION RELATED ENGINEERING
SERVICES NECESSARY TO CAUSE THE MONITORING/TELEMETRY PROJECT TO
PROCEED.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section I. That the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Salina are
hereby authorized to execute Supplemental Agreement Number 2 between the City
of Salina, Kansas, and Wilson and Company, Engineers and Architects,
authorizing modifications to the existing Agreement, dated February 27, 1989 and
to Supplemental Agreement Number 1, dated November 6, 1989, and authorizing
the final design phase, project bidding phase, and the construction related
engineering services necessary to cause the monitoring/ telemetry project to
proceed, with a two hundred thirteen thousand one hundred sixty-five dollar
($213,165) decrease.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this
7th day of January, 1991.
