A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS AND SALINA BASEBALL
ENTERPRISES, INC., REGARDING THE COMPLETION, IMPROVEMENT,
UPGRADING AND USE OF THE PREMIER BASEBALL FACILITY AT THE EAST
CRAWFORD RECREATION AREA.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute, and the
City Clerk to attest, an agreement between the City of Salina, Kansas and Salina
Baseball Enterprises, Inc., regarding the completion, improvement, upgrading
and use of the Premier Baseball Facility at the East Crawford Recreation Area.
Section 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
