AS A THROUGH STREET AT ITS
INTERSECTION
WITH
WILSON
STREET;
AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION AND
MARKING OF
BOTH
SIDES OF
WILSON
STREET WITH "YIELD" SIGNS AT ITS
INTERSECTION
WITH
SHERMAN
STREET.
be in full force and
effect from
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing
Body of the
City
of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That in accordance with
the provisions
of
Article 20,
Chapter 8 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, the
City Manager
is
directed to
designate Sherman Street at the intersection
of Wilson Street
as
a through
street, and to install "Yield" signs on both
sides of Wilson
Street
at its
intersection with Sherman Street.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall
be in full force and
effect from
and after its adoption.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this
1st day of April, 1991.
