A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE A LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SALINA,
KANSAS, AND FRED E. YOUNG FOR CERTAIN REAL ESTATE, IN BILL
BURKE PARK, TO BE USED FOR A MECHANICAL PITCHING MACHINE
OPERATION.
Kansas:
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Section 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized to execute a lease agreement between the City of Salina,
Kansas, and Fred E. Young for certain real estate, in Bill Burke Park,
to be used for a mechanical pitching machine operation.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the
Mayor this 25th day of March, 1991. 4V
