A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT WITH CAMP DRESSER AND MCKEE, INC. FOR ENGINEERING
SERVICES RELATED TO THE DESIGN OF CELL NO. 4 AT THE SALINA MUNICIPAL
SOLID WASTE LANDFILL FACILITY.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with Camp
Dresser and McKee, Inc. for engineering services related to the design of Cell No. 4 at the Salina
Municipal Solid Waste Landfill Facility, subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement, in an
amount not to exceed $70,000.
