ORDINANCE NUMBER 6380

AN ORDINANCE providing for the amendment of Zoning Ordinance Number 5549 and the Zoning
District Map therein and thereby adopted and providing for the rezoning of certain property',
within the City and prescribing the proper uses thereof.
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent for the amendment of the Zoning District Map the rezoning)
of certain lands therein, hereinafter described has been timely complied with, and SO NOW,
THEREFORE

BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:

Section 1. AMENDMENT. DISTRICT "B". SECOND DWELLING HOUSE DISTRICT. That the Zoning
District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of
Ordinance Number 5549, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property',
be rezoned as follows, to -wit:
Lots 23 and 25 in Block 3, Riverside Addition to the City
of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, from Zone "A" to Zone "B".
shall become a part of District "B". SECOND DWELLING HOUSE DISTRICT. That the use of said
d6strib6d property shall be subject to all the conditions) restrictions and limitations as
made and provided for in said Ordinance Number 5549 with reference to the Second Dwelling
House District, as aforesaid.
Section 2. AMENDMENT. DISTRICT "G". HEAVY INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. That the Zoning
District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of
Ordinance Number 5549, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property
be rezoned as follows, to -wit:
All of that part of Blocks 3, 4, and 9 in Chicago Addition
to the City of Salina that is bounded on the northwest and
northeast by the Union Pacific Tracks constituting the
Plainville "Y" and bounded on the south by the main line
of the Union Pacific Railroad from Zone "F" to Zone '"G".
shall become a part of District "G". HEAVY INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT, That the use of said
described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions, and limitations as
made and provided for in said Ordinance Number 5549 with reference to the Heavy Industrial
District, as aforesaid.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adopti
and publication once in the official city paper.
