6377 Zone Lamer's 2nd Add• CONSOLIDATED -$ALMA 1 J 1 ORDINANCE NUMBER 6377 (Published in The Salina Journal �� 1959 AN ORDINANCE providing for the amendment of Zoning Ordinance Number 5549 and the Zoning District Map therein and thereby adopted and providing for the rezoning of certain property within the City and prescribing the proper uses thereof. WHEREAS, all conditions precedent for the amendment of the Zoning District Map the rezoning of certain lands therein, hereinafter described has been timely complied with, and SO NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas Section 1. AME M DISTRICT ?BY,. SECOND DWELLING HOUSE DISTRICT. That the Zoning District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of Ordinance Number 5549, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property be rezoned as follows, to -wit: Lots 5 and 6, in Block 4, Lamer's Second Sub - Division from Zone "A" to Zone "B" Lots 11 2, 3, 4, 51, 6, 7, 8, and 16, in Block 3, Shalimar Plaza Addition from Zone "A" to Zone "B". shall become a part of District "B". SECOND DWELLING HOUSE DISTRICT* That the use of said described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions and limitations as made and provided for in said Ordinance Number 5549 with reference to the Second Dwelling H District, as aforesaid. Section 2. AMENDMENT, DISTRICT "C% APARTMENT_:DISTRICT. _.That the Zoning District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of Ordinance Number 5549, be and it is hereby amended wo that the following described property be rezoned as follows, to -wit: Lots 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15 in Block 3, Shalimar Plaza Addition from Zone "A" to Zone *jC". Lots 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12,'13, 14, in Block 3, Schippel Addition from Zone "A" to Zone "C". shall become a part of District "C". APARTMENT DISTRICT. That the use of said described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions and limitations as made and provided for in said Ordinance Number 5549 with reference to the Apartment District, as i aforesaid. Section 3. AMENDMENT. DISTRICT "D"4i LOCAL BUSINESS DISTRICT. That the Zoning District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of Ordinance Number 5549, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property be rezoned as follows, to -wit: Lots 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 9, and 11, in Block 10, Episcopal Military Institute Addition from Zone "B" to Zone "D". Lot 55, Block 8, Replat of Edgemere Addition from Zone "A" to Zone "D". Lot 1, Block 18, Sunset Manor Addition, from Zone `°A" to Zone "D". CONSOLMATEDSALINA 1 L F Ll shall become a part of District "D". LOCAL BUSINESS DISTRICT, That the use of said describe. property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions, and limitations as made and provided for in said Ordinance Number 5$49 with reference to the Local Business District, as aforesaid.
