ORDINANCE NUMBER 6372

AN ORDINANCE for the vacation of Charles Street within the City of Salina, Saline County,
Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:

Section 1. That Charles Street from the -Fast line of Montrose to the fast line of
Missouri Pacific Railroad Right-of-way, be and is hereby vacated, provided however, that the
City reserves the right to construct, repair and maintain sewers, water lines, electric lines
telegraph lines, gas lines and other utility lines in said street.

Section 2. That the Street hereby vacated shall revert, subject to the reservations
aforesaid, to the adjoining land as provided by law.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
