AN ORDINANCE for the vacation of Lincoln Avenue within the City of Salina, Saline County,
Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That Lincoln Avenue from the West line of Fourth Street to the East line
of Fifth Street, be and is hereby vacated, provided however, that the City veserves the right)
to construct, repair and maintain sewers, water lines, electric lines, telegraph lines, gas
lines and other utility lines in said street.
Section 2. That the Street hereby vacated shall revert, subject to the reservations
aforesaid to the adjoining land as
provided by law.
Section 3. That phis ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
