6369 Trailer Court LicensesCONSOLMATM-SALWA 1 1 ORDINANCE No. 3 �_ I/ (Published in The Salina Journal, (,✓ 1959) AN ORDINANCE defining, licensing and regulating the operation of trailers and trailer courts and repealing Chapter 25, Article 1, Section 102, subsctions 1, 2, and 3; Section 103, subsction 5, and Section 104, subs`ction 2, Revised Ordinances of the City of Salina, Kansas, 1948. Be it ordained by the governing body of the City of Salina, Kansas: Chapter 25, Article 1 Amendment Section 25-102, subsection 1 is hereby amended to read as follows: It shall be unlawful for any person to maintain, use, occupy, or lease a house trailer for human living quarters, whether the same be equipped with wheels or on a foundation, within the City of Salina, hc,,,,sA5, outside of a trailer camp legally established, existing, and licensed in conformity with the ordinances of said City except as herein spec- ifically permitted. Amendment, Section 25-103, subsection 5 is hereby amended to read as follows: Each application for such license shall be accompanied by a license fee of $ '0 per month per area unit for the remainder of the current calen i year. Each such license shall expire on December 31, next following date of issue. The license may be renewed annually by the payment of $ ' per area unit; provided, however, before any license shall be renewe the premises shall be subject to the above inspection as above provided on the original application. Amendment, Section 25-104, subsection 2 is hereby amended to read as follows: Each area unit shall contain an area of at least Two Thousand One Hundred (2100) square feet clearly defined by appropriate markers with space provided for off-street parking for one automobile, and shall be so graded to provide adequate and proper drainage. Section 25-108. The lawful use of land existing at the ti e the passage of this ordinance although such does not conform tc provisions hereof, may be continued but if such non-conforminguse is discontinued, any further use of such premises shall be in conform- ity with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 25-109 REPEAL Chapter 25, Article 1, Section 102, subsection 1, 2, and 3; Section 103, subsection 5; and Section 104, subsection 2 of the Revised Ordinances of the City of Salina, Kansas, 1948, are hereby repealed.
