AN ORDINANCE providing for the amendment of Zoning Ordinance Number 5549 and the Zoning
District Map therein and thereby adopted and providing for the rezoning of certain property
within the City and prescribing the proper uses thereof.
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent for the amendment of the Zoning District Map the rezoning
of certain lands 'herein, hereinafter described has been timely complied with, and SO NOW,
THEREFORE.,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. AMENDMENT, DISTRICT "B": SECOND DWELLING HOUSE DISTRICT: That the Zoning
District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of
Ordinance Number 5549, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property
be rezoned as follows, to -wit:
Lots Four (4) and Seven {7} in Block Four (4), Lamers
Second Sub -division of the City of Salina, Saline Coup*y,
Kansas, from Zone "A" to Zone "A".
shall become a part of District OB". SECOND DWELLING HOUSE DISTRICT. That the use of said
described property shall be subject to all the conditions, resttictions and limitations as
wade and provided for in said Ordinance Number 5549 with reference to the Second Dwelling
House District, as aforesaid.
Section 2. AMErIDMENT. DISTRICT "D". LOCAL BUSIMM HISTRIM That the Zoning District
Male of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of Ordinance
Number 5549, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property be rezoned
as follows, to -wit:
Lot Six (6), plat Two2), (7), all of Lot Seven Block
One (1) and Lots Five (5) and Six (6) in Block Two (2)
lying west of U. S, Highway 81 By-pass in Demers First
86b -division to the City of Salina, Saline County,
Kansas to Zone "D".
That the use of said described
shall become a part of District "D% LOCAL BUSINESS DISTRICT.
property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions, and limitations as made and
provided for in said Ordinance Number S549 with reference to the Local Business District,
as aforesaid.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
