AN ORDINANCE describing the place of installation of certain sidewalks in the City of Salina;
Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. SIDEWALK LOCATION. That due to unusual physical facts it is hereby ordered
that all sidewalks hereafter constructed and installed shall be placed so that the inside
line of said sidewalks shall be next to back of curb on the following described property,
to -wit:
On the South side of Millwood Drive from the East line of
Roach Street to the west line of Lewis Street, abutting
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 in Block 3, Riker Addition
to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas.
On the South side of McAdams Road between Roach Street and
Pearl Street and abutting only on the East half of Lot 2 and
all of Lot 10 in Ostenberg Replat to the City of Salina, Saline
County, Kansas,
That all such construction or installation shall be otherwise made and completed as provided
by Section 23-1101 to 23-1110, both inclusive, Revised Ordinances of the City of Salina,
Kansas, 1948.
Section 2. EFFECTIVE DATE. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
