ORDINANCE Nt3MB 6357

AN ORDINANCE describing the place of installation of certain sidewalks in the City of Salinas
Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. SIDEWALK LOCATION. That due to unusual physical facts it is hereby ordered)
that all sidewalks hereafter constructed and installed shall be placed so that the inside
line of said sidewalks shall be next to back of curb on the following described property,
to -wit:
On the North side of Cloud Street, between Roach Street
and Lewis Street, abutting Lots 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, and
13, Par Nel Addition to the City of Salina, Saline
County, Kansas.
That all such construction or installation shall be oth*rvi.ae mRde and completed as provided
by Section 23-1011 to 23-1110, both inclusive, Revised Ordinances of the City of Salina,
Kansas, 1948.
Section 2. EFFECTIVE DATE. That this ordinance sha" be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
