AN ORDINANCE prescribing the Salaries of officers of the City Court of Salina and repealing
Ordinance Number 5971, 6023 and 6243,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Comnissioners of the City of Salina
Kansas
Section 1. 611 - Officers of the City Court.
1. Judge of the City Court $550.00 per month
2. Clerk of the City Court $350.00 per month
3- Marshal of the City Court $350.00 per month
Section 2. EFFECTIVE DATE. That the salaries aforesaid be effective from and after
July l.- 1959•
Section 3. REPEAL. That Ordinance Number $971.. 6023 and 6243 be and are hereby repealed.
Section 4* That this ordinance shall be in full force from and after its adoption and
publication once in the official city paper.
