ORDINANCE NUMBER 6352

AN ORDINANCE providing for the amendment of Zoning Ordinance Number 5549 and the Zoning
District Map therein and thereby adopted and providing for the rezodking of certain property
within the City and prescribing the proper uses thereof.
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent for the amendment of the Zoning District Map the rezoning
of certain lands therein, hereinafter described has been timely complied with, and SO NOW,
THEREFORE
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. AMENDMENT. DISTRICT "D". LOCAL BUSINESS DISTRICT. That the Zoning District
Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of Ordinance
Number 5549, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property be rezoned'
as follows, to -wit:
Lots One, Two, Three, Four and Five, Blokk One
Talley Addition to Zone "D".
shall become a part of District "D". LOCAL BUSINESS DISTRICT. That the use of said descri
property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions, and limitations as made and
provided for in said Ordinance Number 5549 with reference to the Local business District,
as aforesaid.
Section 2. AMENDMENT. DISTRICT "F". LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. That the Zoning Dis
Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of Ordinance
Number 5449, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property be rezoned
as follows, to -wit:
Lots Six to Twenty-one, Inclusive in Block One, and
all of Block Six and Seven, in Talley Addttion, City of
Salina, Saline County, Kansas, to Zone
shall become a part of District "F". LST INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. That the use of said descril
property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions and limitations as made and
provided for in said Ordinance Number 5549 with reference to the Light Industrial Distirict,
as aforesaid.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption
and publication once in the official city paper.
