AN ORDINANCE providing for the amendment of Zoning Ordinance Number 5549 and the Zoning
District Map therein and thereby adopted and providing for the rezoning of certain property
within the City and prescribing the proper uses thereof.
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent for the amendment of the Zoning District Map the rezoning
of certain lands therein, hereinafter described has been timely complied with, and SO NOW,
THEREFORE
BE IT OFMAINED By the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. AMENDMENT. DISTRICT "B". SECOND DWELLING HOUSE DISTRICT. THat the zoning!
District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of
Ordinance Number 5549, be and it is hereby amended so that the following describdd property
be rezoned as follows, to -wit:
Lots One and Twelve in -Block Five, Faith Addition to
Zone "B".
Lot Thirty-one, in Block Four, Riverside Park Addition
from Zone "A" to Zone "B".
shall become a part of District "B". SWORD DWELLING HOUSE DISMCVi That the use of said
described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions and limitations as
made and provided for in said Ordinance Number 5549 with reference to the Second Dwelling
louse District, as afam"Id.
Section 2. AMENDMENT, DISTRICT "C". APARTMENT DISTRICT. That the Zoning District
Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of Ordinance
Number 5549, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property be rezoned
as follows, to -wit:
Lot Twenty-seven on Twelfth Street, in Phillips Second
Addition from Zone "B" to Zone "C".
Lots Three to Fifteen inclusive in Block Nine,3rith Addition, to
Zone "C".
shall become a part of District "C". APARTMENT DISTRICT. That the use of said described
property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions and limitations as made and
provided for in said Ordinance Number 5549 with reference to the Apartment District, as
aforesaid,
Section 3. AMENDMENT. DISTRICT "D". LOCAL BUSINESS DISTRICT. That the Zoning District
Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of Ordinance
Number 5549, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property be rezoned
as follows, to -wit:
Rezoning of Replat of
Part of Lot Sixteen, Garden Homes Addition and Lot
Sixteen except the South 440 feet, of Garden Homes
Addition from Zone "A" to Zone "D".
Lots One and Two,in Block Nine, Faith Addition to Zone "D".

shall become a part or District "D". LOCAL BUSINESS DISTRICT. That the use of said described
property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions., and limitations as made and
provided for in said Ordinance Number 5549 with referenc6 to the Local Business District,,
as aforesaid.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption
and publication once in the official city paper.
