6345 Zone Wilbre AdditionCi;iv F.7T.IDATED-SALTNA ORDINANCE NUMBER (C' ^ 5 � 1 1 1 (Published in The Salina Journal _f _ , 1959) AN ORDINANCE providing for the amendment of Zoning Ordinance Number 5549 and the Zoning District Map therein and thereby adopted and providing for the rezoning of certain property within the City and prescribing the proper uses thereof. WHEREAS, all conditions precedent for the amendment of the Zoning District Map the rezoning of certain lands therein, hereinafter described has been timely complied with, and SO NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. AMENDMENT. DISTRICT "B". SECOND DWELLING HOUSE DISTRICT. That the Zoning District Map of the City of Salina.. Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of Ordinance Number 5549, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property I be rezoned as follows, to -wit: Lots Eleven (11) through Nineteen (19) inclusive and the East Forty feet (E 40 ft) of Lot Twenty (20), Block Three (3), Wilbre Addition to the City of Salina, Kansas, to Zone "B". Lot Nine (9) in Block One (1), College View Addition, from Zone "A" to Zone "B". Lot Nine (9) in Block One (1), Moose Addition to the City of Salina, Kansas, to Zone "B". I shall become a part of District "B". SECOND DWELLING HOUSE DISTRICT. THat the use of said described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions and limitations as made and provided for inn said Ordinance Number 5549 with reference to the Second Dwelling House District, as aforesaid. Section 2. AMENDMENT. DISTRICT "C". APARTMENT DISTRICT. That the Zoning District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of Ordinance Number 5549, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property be rezoned as follows, to -wit: Lots One (1) to Ten (10) inclusive, Block Three (3), Wilbre Addition to the City of Salina, Kansas, from Zone "A" to Zone "C". shall become a part of District "C". APAR'TMEM DISTRICT. That the use of said described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions and limitations as made and provided for in said Ordinance Number 5549 with reference to the Apartment district, as aforesaid. Section 3. AMENDMENT. DISTRICT "D". LOCAL BUSINESS DISTRICT. That the Zoning District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of Ordinance Number 5549, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property be rezoned as follows, to -wit: Lot One (1) in Block One (1), Lot One (1) in Block Two (2), the West Thirty feet (W 30 ft) of Lot Twenty (20) in Block Three (3), all of Lot Twenty-one (21) in Block three (3), Wilbre Addition to the City of Salina, Kansas to Zone "D". CONSOLIDATED SALINE. I shall become a part of District "D". LOCAL BUSINESS DISTRICT. That the use of said described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions, and limitations as made and provided for in said Ordinance Number 5549 with reference to the Local Business District, I as aforesaid. Section 4. AMENDMENT. DISTRICT "F". LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. That the Zoning District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of Ordinance Number 5549, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property be rezoned as follows, to -wit: A tract of land in the NW4, Section 14, Township 14 South, Range 3 West, of the Sixth Principal Meridian, more particularly described as follows; Beginning at a point on the West tight of way line of U. S. Highway 81, which point is 821 feet South of the Centerline of Walnut Street; thence southerly along the West tight -of -way line of U. S. Highway 81, 120 feet; thence; thence Westerly parallel with the center line of Walnut Street 150.5 feet to the East line of Smither Street; thence Northerly along the East line of Smither Street 120 feet; thence Easterly parallel with the Center line of Walnut Street 150.6 feet, more or less to the point of beginning; and containing 0.41 acres, more or less, to Zone "F". shall become a part of District "I", LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT, That the use of =aid described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions, and limitations as made and provided for in said Ordinance Number 5549 with reference to the Light Industrial District, as aforesaid. Section 5. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption, . and publication once in the official city paper.
