AN ORDINANCE providing for the amendment of Zoning Ordinance Number 5549 and the Zoning
District Map therein and thereby adopted and providing for the rezoning of certain property
within the City and prescribing the proper uses thereof.
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent for the amendment of the Zoning District Map the rezoning
of certain lands therein, hereinafter described has been timely complied with, and SO NOW,
THEREFORE
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. AMENDMENT. DISTRICT "B". SECOND DWELLING HOUSE DISTRICT. That the Zoning

District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of
of Ordinance Number 5549, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property

be rezoned as follows, to -wit:
Lot 39 on Jewell Avenue in the Addition to the Grounds
of Kansas Wesleyan University to the City of Salina,
Saline County, Kansas, from Zone "A" to Zone "B".

shall become a part of District "B". SECOND DWELLING HOUSE DISTRICT. That the use of said
described property shall be su74ject to all the conditions, restrictions and limitations as

made and provided for in said Ordinance Number 5549 with reference to the Second Dwelling
House District, as aforesaid.
Section 2. AMENDMENT. DISTRICT "C". APARTMENT DISTRICT. That the Zoning District
Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of Ordinance
Number 5549, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property be rezoned'
as follows, to -wit:
Lots 15 and 17 in Block 22, E. M. I. Addition to the
City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, from Zone "B"

aforesaid.

Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of Ordinance
Number 5549, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property be rezoned
as follows, to -wit:
