An Ordinance providing for a payment of a fee with Plats
and/or Replats.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
SA.LINA, KANSAS, that any person, firm, association, or corporation
submitting a plat or replat to the City Planning Commission for its
consideration shall at that time pay to the City Clerk a fee of
One Hundred Dollars 0100.00).
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon publica-
tion in the official City paper.
