An Ordinance providing for payment of a fee for rezoning.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
SALINA, KANSAS:
That any person, firm, association or corporation submitting a
petition to the City Planning and Zoning Commission for its consid-
eration to amend, supplement, change, modify or repeal the Zoning
District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, shall at that time pay
to the City Clerk a fee of Twenty Five Dollars (25.00).
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon publica-
tion in the official City paper.
