An Ordinance providing for the cancellation and deletion of
Resolution Number 1985 as described in Ordinance Number 6258.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That it is for the best public interest that Resolu-
tion Number 1985 covering curb and gutter of the West side of Ohio
Street from the center line of Norton Street to the center line of
McAdams Road is hereby cancelled, for the reason that this partic-
ular improvement can be included in another construction operation
at a later date for Ohio Street, and from good engineering planning,
will be and make for better construction.
Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its adoption and publication once
in the official city paper.
