AN ORDINANCE providing for the amendment of Zoning Ordinance Number 5549 and the Zoning
District Map therein and thereby adopted and providing for the rezoning of certain property
within the City and prescribing the proper uses thereof.
WNEREAS, all conditions precedent for the amendment of the Zoning District Map the rezoning
of certain lands therein, hereinafter described has been timely complied with, and SO NOW,
THEREFORE
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:

Section 1. AMENDMENT. DISTRICT "C" APARTMENT DISTRICT. That the Zoning District
Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of Ordinance
Number 5549, be and it is hereby amended so that the following descfibed property be rezoned
as follows, to -wit:
The South half of Lots 8, 91 and 10 in Block 4,
Oakdale Addition, in the City of Salina, Saline
County, Kansas, from Zone "B" to Zone "C".
shall become a part of District "C". APARTMENT DISTRICT, That the use of said described
property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions and limitations as made and
provided for in said Ordinance Number 5549 with reference to the Apartment District, as
aforesaid.
Section 2. AMENDMEAIT. DISTRICT "D"- LOCAL BUSINESS DISTRICT. That the Zoning District
Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of Ordinance
Number 5549, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property be rezoned
as follows, to -wit:
The East 50 feet of the South 60 feet and the North
30 feet of the South 90 feet less the West 115.15 feet
of Lot 7, Surveyor's Plat C, in the City of Salina,
Saline County, Kansas, from Zone "C" to Zone "D"r
shall become a part of District "D". LOCAL BUSINESS DISTRICT: That the use of said described
property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions, and limitations as made and
provided for in said Ordinance Number 5549 with reference to the Lmsal Business District,
as aforesaid .
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
