ORDINANCE NUMBER 6321

AN ORDINANCE describing the place of installation of certain sidewalks in the City of Salina,
Kansas.
BE IT ORDhIj= by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. SIDEWALK LOCATION. That due to unusual physical facts it is hereby ordered
that all sidewalks hereafter constructed and installed shall be placed so that the inside
line of said sidewalks shall be next to back of curb on the following described property,
to -wit:
North Side of Jewell Avenue abutting Loot 12
Block 16, Highland Court Addition to the City
of Salina, Saline County, Kansas.
That all such construction or installation shall be othervide made and completed as provided
by Section 23-1101 to 23-1110, both inclusive, Revised Ordinances of the City of Salina,
Kansas, 1948.
Section 2. EFFECTIVE DATM That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from,
and after its adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
