RIGHT-OF-WAY EASEMENT
This Indenture, made this :29 'fl?rdaY of June, 1982, by and between
GEORGE A. SIDLICH and CINDY SIDLICH, his wife, of Salina, Saline County,
Kansas, hereinafter referred to as the "Parties of the First Part", and
the CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred
to as the "Party of the Second Part", WITNESSETH:
That the Parties of the First Part, for a gocxì and valuable con-
sideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged,
do by these presents grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said Party
of the Second Part a permanent easement in, over and across a certain
tract of land owned by the Parties of the First Part, rrore particulary
described as follows:
The South Five Feet (S 5') of the East Fifty Feet
(E 50') of the South One Hundred Fifty Feet (S 150') of
Lot One (1), Block One (1), Wilbre Addition to the City
of Salina, Saline County, Kansas,
for all of the rights of ingress and egress of the said Party of the
Second Part, its servants, officers, employees and contractors for the
purpose of construction, installing, repairing, replacing and maintain-
ing a public street in connection therewith, in perpetuity.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Parties of the First Part have hereunto
set their hands the day and year first above written.

foregoing instrument of writing and duly acknowledged the execution of
the same .
