EASEMENT
'rhis indenture, made this _LJ.t,fii. day of Harch, 1968, by and be-
tween the WYATT MANUFACTURING CO., INC., a Kansas corporation, with
its principal office at Salina, Saline County, Kansas, of the first
part and the CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS, a municipal corporation, of the
second part:
WITNESSETH, that the said party of the first part for a good
and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which
is hereby acknowledged, does by these presents, grant, bargain,
sell and convey unto the said party of the second part an easement
in, over and across a certain portion of land owned by the first
party more particularly described as follows:
The South Twenty-five Feet (25') of the East Twenty-five
Feet (E 25') of Lot Eleven (11), White Acres Subdivision,
a part of Section Seven (7), Township Fourteen (14) South,
Range Two (2) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, in
the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas,
for all the rights of ingress and egress of said second party, its
servants, officers, employees and contractors for the purpose of
constructing, installing, repairing, replacing and maintaining a
pump station in perpetuity.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Wyatt Manufacturing Co., Inc. has here-
unto caused this easement to be signed on its behalf by its proper
officers who are duly authorized so to do and has caused its common
corporate seal to be hereunto affixed this -Ll:L~ day of March,
1968.

BE IT RE~1EMBERED that on this ~- day of March, 1968, before
me, the undersigned, a notary public, in and for the county and state
aforesaid came Thomas G. Aird, President of the Wyatt Manufacturing
Co., Inc., a corporation duly organized, incorporated and existing
under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Kansas who is per-
sonally known to me to be the such officer and who is personally
known to me to be the same person who executed as such officer the
within instrument of writing on behalf of said corporation and such
person duly acknowledged the execution of the same to be the act
and deed of said corporation.
IN TESTIHONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed
my official seal the day and year last above written.
