UTILITY EASEMENT
The Indenture, made this II R day of April, 2000, by and between WATERS
REAL TV INC., a Kansas Corporation, with principal offices at Junction City, Geary County,
Kansas, Party of the First Part and THE CITV OF SALINA, KANSAS, a municipal
corporation, Party of the Second Part, WITNESSETH:
That the said Party of the First Part for a good and valuable consideration receipt
and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, do by these presents, grant, bargain, sell
and convey unto said Party of the Second Part a utility easement in, over and across
certain portions of land owned by the First Party, more particularly described as follows:
The north ten (10) feet of Lot 2, Block 1, Waters Subdivision, City of Salina, Saline
County, Kansas.
For all of the rights of ingress and egress of the said Party of the Second Part, its
servants, officers, employees and contractors for the purpose of the construction,
installation, repairing, replacing and maintaining a public sanitary sewer pipeline and
appurtenances located within the utility easement in perpetuity.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said WATERS REAL TV, INC., has hereunto caused
this easement to be signed on its behalf by its proper officer who is duly authorized to do
so and has caused its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed, this J.l.&. day of April, 2000.

undersigned, a Notary Public in and for the county and state aforesaid came James R.
Waters, Secretary/Treasurer of WATERS REAL TV, INC., a corporation duly organized
incorporated and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Kansas who is
personally known to me to be such officer and who is personally known to me to be the
same person who executed as such officer the within instrument of writing on behalf of said
corporation, and such person duly acknowledged the execution of the same to be the act
and deed of said corporation.
