DRAINAGE EASEMENT
This Indenture, made this :2/. ~ day of ~ ' 1996, by and
between KENNETH J, NORDBOE, ANNABELLE MARIE ORDBOE AND MICHAEL J.
NORDBOE, Party of the First part and THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS, a municipal
corporation, Party ofthe Second part, WITNESSETH:
That the said Party of the First part for a good and valuable consideration receipt and
sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, do by these presents, grant, bargain, sell and
convey unto said Parties of the Second part a drainage easement in, over and across a certain tract
ofland owned by the Party of the First part more pa!1:icularly described as follows:
A tract of land in Lot 3, Block 15 of Wallerius Addition No.1 in the city of
Salina, Kansas described as follows: From the North property corner of Lot 3,
Block 15 of Waller ius Addition No.1 S 43°21 '21" E along the Meadowlark Lane
right-of-way a distance of 15.86' to the point of beginning; thence S 43°21'21" E
a distance of twenty feet (20.00'); thence S 46° 17' 13" W a distance of one-
hundred fifty one and ninety-seven hundredths feet (151.97'); thence N 42°18'52"
W a distance of twenty and one-hundredths feet (20.01 '); thence N 46°17'13" E a
distance of one-hundred fifty one and sixty-one hundredths feet (151.61') to the
point of beginning.
The above described tract ofland contaInS 3,036 square feet or 0.07 acres, more or
less.
for all of the rights of ingress and egress of the said Parties of the Second Part, its servants,
officers, employees and contractors for the purpose of the construction, installation, repairing,
replacing and maintaining a drainage easement, in perpetuity.
