WHEREAS, party of the second part desires to obtain an ease-
ment over, upon and through certain land owned by first parties,
as hereinafter described; and
WHEREAS, the parties of the first part are willing to grant
said second party said easement; and
SO,NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH:
That the parties of the first part, in consideration of the
payment of the sum of One Dollar and other good and valuable con-
sideration, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do by these
presents grant, bargain, sell and convey unto second parties an
easement in, over and across a certain portion of the. land òwned
by first parties, and more particularly described as follows, to-wit:

That part of Lot Four (4), Upper Mill Heights Addition
to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, described as
follows: Beginning at a point on the north line of Lot
Four (4), which is fifty five (55) feet west of the north-
east corner thereof, thence south following the front build-
ing limit line to the south line of said Lot Four (4),
thence east fifty five (55) feet to the southeast corner of
said Lot Four (4), thence following the east line of said
Lot Four (4) to the northeast corner thereof, thence west
on lot line fifty five (55) feet to the point of beginning.
all for the right of ingress and egress by second party, its servants,
officers, employees and contractors, for the purpose of installing,
maintaining, replacing and repairing a sanitary sewer, and all connec-
tions, manholes, flush tanks, sluce gates, and other appurtenances
thereto in perpetuity.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, parties of the first part have set their
hands hereunto, all on the day and year first above written.

BE IT REMEMBERED, That on this I~ day of June, 1959, before
me, the undersigned, a Notary Public 1n and for said County and State,
came Virginia Lee Reimo1d and William M. Reimo1d, her husband, to me
personally known to be the same persons who executed the foregoing
Conveyance of Easement, and duly acknowledged the execution of the same.
