ORDINANCE NUMBER 05-10284
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 38, ARTICLE V OF THE SALINA
CODE BY REPEALING SECTION 38-118 PERTAINING TO SOUNDING OF TRAIN
WHISTLE AT CERTAIN INTERSECTIONS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That Section 38-118 of Chapter 38, Article V of the Salina Code is hereby
repealed.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption
and publication once in the official city newspaper.
