ORDINANCE NUMBER 05-10283
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 25, ARTICLE IX OF THE SALINA
CODE BY REPEALING SECTION 25-160 PERTAINING TO NEGLIGENT STORAGE OF
FIREARMS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That Section 25-160 of Chapter 25, Article IX of the Salina Code is hereby
repealed.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption
and publication once in the official city newspaper.
