A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AND THE
CITY CLERK TO ATTEST AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SALINA,
KANSAS AND THE UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY, A UTAH
CORPORATION, FOR RAILROAD CROSSING IMPROVEMENTS AT THE NINTH
STREET CROSSING IN THE CITY OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
Kansas:
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute, and
the City Clerk to attest, an agreement between the City of Salina and the
Union Pacific Railroad Company, a Utah Corporation, for the installation of
full depth concrete railroad crossing material at the Ninth Street crossing, in
the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this
27th day of January, 1992.
