office at Salina, Saline County, Kansas, of the first part and the
City of Salina, Kansas, a municipal corporation, of the second part:

EASEMENT

WITNESSETH, that the said party of the first part for a good
and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is
hereby acknowledged, does by these presents grant, bargain, sell
and convey unto the said party of the second part an easement in,
over and across a certain portion of land owned by the first party
more particularly described as follows:
A tract of land Fifteen Feet (15') wide in the North-
east Quarter (NE~) of section Seven (7), Township Four-
teen (14) South, Range Two (2) West of Sixth principal
Meridian, more accurately described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the west line of Tract
Six (6) of Subdivision of the Thomas White Farm and the
North Line of Dewey Street; thence South along the West
line of said Tract Six (6) to the North line of North
Street; thence East along said North line of North Street
Fifteen (15) Feet East of the West 1inè of said Tract Six
(6), thence North and parallel to the west line of said
Tract Six (6) to a point directly ~ast of the north line
of Dewey Street; thence VJest Fifteen (15) Feet to the
place of beginning,
for all the rights of ingress and egress of said second party, its
servants, officers, employees and contractors for the purpose of
constructing, installing, repairing, replacing and maintaining a
public sewer main in perpetuity.
