"tlHEREAS, party of the second part desires to obtain an easement
over, upon and throug~ certain land owned by first parties as herein-
after described.
HHEREAS, the parties of the first part are the owners in fee
simple of said land and are willing to grant said second party said
easement, and
SO NOW, THEREFORE, Witnesseth:
That the parties of the first part, in consideration of the sum
of $1.00, and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, do by these presents grant, bargain, sell and
convey unto the second party an easement in, over and across a certain
portion of land owned by first parties, more particularly described

Beginning at a point on t~e east-west one-sixteenth
line of north1Ñest quarter (w,ri) of Section Twenty-six (26),
Toh'nship Fourteen (14) south, Range Three (3) west of the
Sixth Principal Meridian, and one hundred ten (110) feet
perpendicular to west right-of-way line of the Hissouri
Pacific Railroad; t"lence in a northeasterly direction along
th.e east line of Dover Drive extended, to the SOlJ thwe s t
corner of Lot Five (5), Block One (1) of ~alley Addition
to the City of Salina, Kansas; thence west 71.29 feat to
t~1.e wes t line of' Dover Drive; thence southwe sterly along
the west line of Dover Drive extended, to the intersection
of said west line and the east line of Beach Street ex-
tended, thence nort~1. along said east line to t'1e inter-
section of said east line and the south line of Winona
Street; thence west to the west line of Beach Street
extended; thence south along said west line to the inter-
section of the west line of Dover Drive extended; thence
southì-Vesterly along said ,-rest line to the intersectLm of
said east-west one-sixteenth line; thence east along SQid
one-sixteenth line to the point of beginning.
for all the right of ingress and egress of second party, its servants,
officers, employees and contractors for the purpose of installing,
repairing, replac'tng and maintaining public utilities and appurten-
ances thereto in perpetuity.
