A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR
VACATION OF A 10' x 113' UTILITY EASEMENT ALONG THE WEST SIDE OF
LOT 1, BLOCK 1, REPLAT OF LOT 13, BLOCK 5, AND LOTS 24, 25, 26,
BLOCK 6, MEYER ADDITION TO THE CITY OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY,
KANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition has been
filed
in the Office of the City Clerk
by the Greg and
Monica Woolsoncroft,
petitioners, requesting the vacation
of a 10' x 113'
utility easement along
the
west side of Lot 1, Block 1,
Replat of Lot 13,
Block 5 and Lots 24,
25,
26, Block 6, Meyer Addition to
the City of Salina,
Saline County, Kansas,
SO
NOW, THEREFORE
Kansas:
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Section 1. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to give public
notice as required by K.S.A. 12-504 stating that a petition has been filed for
the vacation of a 10' x 113' utility easement along the west side of Lot 1,
Block 1, Replat of Lot 13, Block 5 and Lots 24, 25, 26, Block 6, Meyer
Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, and stating that the
petition will be presented to the Governing Body of the City for a hearing on
July 13, 1992, and that at such time and place all persons interested can
appear and be heard under the petition.
Section 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor
this 22nd day of June, 1992.
