ORDINANCE NUMBER 6462

AN ORDINANCE providing for the cancellation and deletion of Lateral Sanitary Sewer District
Number 392 as described in Ordinance Number 6320.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of C- issioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That it is for the beat public interest that Lateral Sanitary Sever
District Number 392, covering installation of a Sanitary Sever to serve Moose Addition
in the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas is hereby cancelled, for the reason that
this land is being replatted and it is not feasible at this time, and from good
engineering planning will be and make for better construction at a later date.
Section 2. EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
