AN ORDINANCE providing for the cancellation and deletion of Lateral Sanitary Sewer District!
Number 381, as described in Ordinance Number 6310.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That it is for the best public interest that Lateral Sanitary Sewer District
Number 381, covering installation of a Sanity ~
ary Sewer to serve
d Block 5, Faith Addition in the City of Salina, Saline Ceuhty, Kansas is hereby cancelled'i
for the reason that it has been found that it is not feasible at this tine, and from good
engineering planning will be and sOM 107 better construction to include it in a sewer
improvement at a later date.
Section 2. EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
