AN ORDINANCE for the vacation of certain streets within the
City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:

Section 1. That that portion/of the Union Pacific Railroad
Right of Way Fine of South Fourth Street between Albert and Cloud
Streets in the City of Salina, Kansas, which was dedicated in the
Certificate of Plat of St. Mary's Addition, filed in the Office
of the Register of Deeds in Saline County, Kansas, on the first
day of February, 1956, recorded in Book of Plats A2, page 63, be and
is hereby vacated, provided however, that the City reserves the
right to construct, repair and maintain sewers, water lines, electric
lines, telegraph lines, gas lines and other utility lines in said
street.
Section 2. That that portion of the street hereby vacated
shall revert, subject to the reservations aforesaid to the St. Mary's
Addition to the City of Salina, Kansas, as provided by G.S. 1959,
13-443.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effectr� om and after its adoption and publication once in the
official city paper.
