6451 Vacate Original TownsiteCONSOLIDATED-SALINA 1 I- I ORDINANCE NUNBER 6151 I (Published in The Salina Journal �3c�i , 1960) AN ORDINANCE for the vacation of certain streets within the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That portion of South Street which lies east of Fourth Street in the City of Salina, Kansas, being that portion which abuts on the south of Lot One Hundred Eighty- seven (187) on Fourth Street in the Original Town of Salina, be and is hereby vacated, provided however, that the City reserves the right to construct, repair and maintain sewers,) water lines, electric lines, telegraph lines, gas lines and other utility lines in said street. Section 2. That the Street hmeby vacated shall revert, subject to the reservations aforesaid, to the adjoining land as provided by law. Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
