ORDINANCE NUMBER 644

AN ORDINANCE describing the place of installation of certain sidewalks in the City of Salina
Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. SIDEWALK LOCATION. That due to unusual physical facts it is hereby ordered
that all sidewalks hereafter constructed and installed shall be placed so that the inside 1
of said sidewalks shall be next to back of curb on the following described property, to -wit:
Grace E. Stewart School property bounded by the
following streets: Wayne Avenue from Roach Street
to Ohio Street and Roach Street from Wayne Avenue
to Belmont Boulevard and Belmont Boule*ard from
Roach Street to Ohio Street.
That all such construction or installation shall be otherwise made and completed as provided
by Section 23-1101 to 23-1110, both inclusive, Revised ordinances of the City of Salina,
Kansas, 1948.
Section 2. EFFECTIVE DATE. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
