6425 TV/Radio Tower RegulationsCONSOLMATED-SALINA 1 �7 1 ORDINANCE NUMBER 2i5_ (Published in The Salina Journal ,`10'r� 01 1960) AN ORDINANCE regulating television and radio towers, and prescribing penalties for the violation thereof; and repealing Ordinance No. 5734. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, corpora- tion or association to erect a radio or television tower exceeding a height of seventy feet from ground level to the highest point of the antenna erected thereon, or more than twenty-five feet above the roof which supports such tower and antenna, except towers for two-way radios authorized by an agency of the Federal Government. Section 2. Any person, firm, or corporation violating the pro- visionsotthis Ordinance shall upon conviction be adjudged guilty of a misdemeanor and punished by a fine of not more than One Hundred Dollars. Section 3. Ordinance No. 5734 is hereby repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect upon its ado on and publication in the official city paper.
